For several years, I looked forward to posting in this blog, laying awake wondering what designer wear I would dress Laila in before taking photos and uploading them here, and hoping I had not forgotten to add a credit.
Life has a way of surprising us when we least expect it. My life has done a complete 360. It all changed when the love of my life and myself moved to an urban city. Let me just say a busy city can be both scary and challenging at the same time, and far different than a sleepy lake town. My day is full of real life activity, and many new people I have met along the way. I recently became a Zumba Fitness instructor, and anxious to further my training in this exciting career. I am also training for my first 5K run. I never would have thought at 51 I would have this very active life style. It was more a luxury thing, you know, travel, see the world..it just goes to show you again, like I said, Life really can surprise you.
With all that being said, I am taking Laila's Passion down soon. I do not have the time to keep up with my blog, and it is kind of sad to see the last post I entered was several months ago. I have enjoyed this blog and I have loved blogging the fashions of Second Life.
To those magnificent bloggers who have been my mentors in the past, Keep up the great work, and I know you will inspire those the same way you inspired myself. I plan on keeping up with Flickr, and although my photos will be very rare, I will enjoy looking at your creativity, as I always do.
Not much else to say really, but to take care of yourselves. =)
