Wk~42~

There are 10 weeks left in our Color Challenge.  It is quickly coming to an end. I wasnt sure exactly what I was going to wear, but throughout this challenge, I have found it is good to have a go-to-shop. I am sure we all have one of those shops who usually has what we are looking for. For me, it is *INDYRA ORIGINALS*. You can always find what your looking for at Indyra's!

Credits
Skin...LAQ/Linnea
Eyes...FASHISM/Peach
Hair...LELUTKA/Moss
Tank.. INDYRA ORIGINALS/Etoille

Something I heard today bothered me inworld. So much so, I felt lead to find a song my mind eased into, and it made me feel like dancing.
My wish for people in Second Life is to stop letting those whom we do not know, or have ever met, run over your emotions. There is no happy medium here, nor will there ever be. Insulting, angry and hurt feelings that fill instant messages need to be flushed, just like you would a turd in a toilet. People waste far to much time typing crap in a virtual world, than playing in our real lives. Read the lyrics and listen to this song, and I hope it makes you smile and dance, just like it did me. =)

We just wanna make the world dance......

Its funny how a song like that really fits with SL... But yea those who walk all over the emotions of others are not worth the thought time, there are far too many people in SL who think they can get away with wringing a person out just because SL is SL and RL is RL... That statement is so silly... Anyway, you look great as always hon, love the colour on your skin! x

You're gorgeous in chartreuse.
People are often unnecessarily rude...

I love you in this color, thats a great shot too against the painted wall.

I have a phrase I like to remind myself when I'm getting upset by something someone online says: "it doesn't matter, you're just a name on a screen that I turn off at the end of the day." Compartmentalizing those I know and care about from mean or rude strangers helps me not to be bothered by them.

Whoo, you are so pretty in chartreuse!

Bravery behind the avatar. The kind of stuff you mentioned makes me want to punch someone in the neck. :) Figuratively of course. I'm really very sedate.

That tank, that hair, that skin... too CUTE!!!
My heart goes out to you, about that thoughtless person. Glad you found such an expressive way to cope:)

Thank you beautiful bloggers! And your comments are so thoughtful and appreciated. I believe I should have been a little clearer on my writing. This was about someone I really dont know, but heard about through another party. The more I thought about what this person had endured, the more it bugged me that people can be so thoughtless in sl. This is what lead me to the song. I am hoping on a wind, this individual reads my blog, and they feel better about themselves and their time on Second Life.
Loves ya! =)

Great and creative look!

Flushing idiots like turds down a toilet makes a good rule for life!

Beautiful as usual, Laila! It is always disheartening to hear about pain inflicted on others in SL--so we are doubly fortunate to know you and have felt your wonderful encouragement and positive attitude!

Aw. One simple beautiful shot. Love it!
I so agree with you. Think abut what makes you happy. People can be mean. But there are just as many beautiful emotions even in a place like this, and real friends who care.
