Monday's meme theme by Strawberry Singh came and went, and I am just now getting to it. I enjoy her meme's and love to participate when I can. This week's subject is why do we blog?
My answers are below........
How long have you been blogging? I started this blog in October of 2010.
Why did you start blogging? I came across Slex & the City's blog one day, and loved it. I knew this was a way to make my own picture book with the beauty of SL designs.
How many times a week do you post an entry? It depends on how much free time I have in RL. At times I could blog a few times a week, other times, it could one once a week or every other week.
How many different blogs do you read on a regular basis? There are to many to count, and they all have something unique and creative about how they write and post photographs.
Do you comment on other people’s blogs? I use to. Not so much anymore. And this is one of the reasons why I love flickr. There are days I want to look at photo's instead of reading the blogs, and I love making that star pink!
Do you keep track of how many visitors you have? Yes, when I blog a new post.
Did you ever regret a post that you wrote? Not really. I look at some previous posts I have written and wince, thinking I really should delete that. But, whatever I was thinking at the time I wrote it, meant something. So, it stays.
Do you think your readers have a true sense of who you are based on your blog? I think they know me ..I am a communicator, I love pretty and the sexy, and besides SL skins, I really do not change to much with my blog outline or updating. They would probably know as well that I slide on a few things with my blog. For instance, I am not consistant with dropping the landmarks for credits listed. I don't tag. I think people know I play with blogging as a hobby and I don't consider it a must have. If not, they do now. Hee Hee.
Do you blog under your real name? No, but I am thinking about it. A few friends of mine in RL have started blogging, and I love reading what is inside their soul.
Are there topics that you would never blog about? Yes, and there have been times when I have caught myself writing about topics I swore I never would waste time on. Think about it, you control your blog and whatever you write in it. You own the power to cause chaos with just one post. And as much as it would bring traffic and jaws dropping, I am not fond of tacky traits or guilt trips. I can say it is a good thing there are draft and editing options with blogger. =/
What is the theme/topic of your blog? Whatever inspires me in SL. It could be fashion, houses, furniture, landscaping, events, and the list goes on.
Do you have more than one blog? If so, why? Not yet, but I hope to in the near future.
What have you found to be the benefits of blogging? Blogging is a journey, and you never know what to expect when you turn a corner. I always learn something one way or another with bloggers, and I continue to do so. I have come across some very interesting people in the blog world, and they fascinate me.
So, why do you continue to blog? For me it is an expression of writing, with pretty pictures.
As always, thank you Berry. xo

I think we all look back at our past posts and wince a little but it's good to see how far we've come. :)
I'll hope you'll share your RL blog with us if you start one! Thank you for participating. <3
